Website design and development for a dance academy
The Brief
Footloose is a dance academy for children and adults based in Surrey. Their website was outdated and in need of a fresh new look, as well as a CMS that their founder Lisa would be able to manage and update with class information and announcements.
Lisa the owner contacted me asking for a website that would allow her to showcase images of her dancers shows as well as allowing her to communicate with her students and prospective students about her classes.
The Result
The site is built on Wix as this is a platform that Lisa felt comfortable that she would be able to manage and update on a monthly basis. I took Footloose's original branding and gave it an update. I focused the website design around showcasing photographs and videos of the academy's classes and shows. A news page was included allow the owner to communicate important information with parents about upcoming classes and shows.
